Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIBITON Technologies L.L.C (“AIBITON”, “we”, “us”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses and protects personal data in the AIBITON Refer & Earn Android app and the partner portal at partner.aibiton.com (together, the “Service”). The Service lets partners refer business customers to AIBITON, follow each referral and track eligible commissions.

1. Data we collect

Account data you provide: full name, email address, mobile number, country, account type (individual or business/channel partner), company name, and your password (stored only as a secure one-way hash). You may optionally upload a profile photo.

Referral data you provide: details of the business you refer: company name, contact person, mobile number, email address, location, the solution they are interested in, and your notes. You must only submit a contact's details with their permission.

Payout data: when you choose to receive payouts, the account holder name, bank name, IBAN/account number, SWIFT/BIC, country and currency. These details are encrypted when stored.

Earnings and activity: referral status history, bonuses, commissions, withdrawal requests and payout records, consent and terms acceptance records, and in-app notifications.

Technical data: sign-in session information, IP address and request logs used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising identifiers, and the app does not contain advertising or third-party analytics.

2. How we use data

• To create and secure your account, verify your email and let you sign in.
• To receive your referrals, contact the referred business, and keep you informed of progress.
• To calculate, approve and pay bonuses and commissions, and keep required financial records.
• To send service emails (verification codes, status updates, your partner certificate, payout notices).
• To protect the Service, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We process data to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal and accounting obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and with your consent where required.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host and operate the Service for us (cloud hosting and email delivery providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Banks and payment providers, only as needed to make a payout you requested.
• Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

The web pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.

4. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed, bank details and email credentials are encrypted at rest, sign-in sessions can be revoked, and staff access is role-restricted and audited.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Referral, commission, bonus and payout records are financial records that we retain for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law (generally up to 5 years after the related transaction), after which they are deleted or anonymised. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account. See how account deletion works for what is removed immediately and what must be retained. You can also email us from your registered address.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can update your profile in the app, or contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
