Delete your AIBITON Refer & Earn account

This page applies to the AIBITON Refer & Earn app on Google Play and the partner portal at partner.aibiton.com, both operated by AIBITON Technologies LLC.

How to delete your account

Sign in at partner.aibiton.com or in the AIBITON app.
Open Profile.
Scroll to Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

You are signed out immediately. If you cannot sign in, email your request from your registered email address to info@aibiton.com and we will verify and complete it.

What is deleted

If you have not submitted any referrals, your account is removed immediately, including your name, email address, mobile number, profile, photo, sessions and notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

If you have submitted referrals or have commission, bonus or payout history, those business and financial records (referral details, amounts, payment references and the audit trail) must be retained to meet accounting and legal obligations. In that case your account is closed immediately, your photo and sign-in sessions are removed, and the remaining personal data is kept only for the legally required retention period and then deleted.
